THIS DEED made the day of March , 197 3,
by G. ALBERT BLOODWORTH a-ncl G. ERNEST 8 RTH, as survivinq
Trustees under Aqreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to CODY L. BAILEY and CAROLYN A. BAILEY,
his wife,
~whose post office address is P. O. Box 1044, Fort Pierce, Florida - 33450
hereinafter called the grantees: ~
WITNESSETH; That the qrantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lots ~1 through 9, both inclusive, Block 2; Lots 1 and 2, Block 5A; ~
Lots 1 and 2, Block 25; and Lots 1 through 12, both inclusive,
Block 26, ALL I:~T SAN LUCIE PLAZA, UNIT l, as per plat thereof
r•ecorded in Plat Book 5, page 57, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to restrictions, reservations, easements and covenants of public
record.
ti TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
~~thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that in
all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230-, page 480; and that said land is free
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
