at Milwaukee, County of Milwauke~, State of t~lisconsin a morrgage to secure
the pay:nent of the sum of Seven Huridred Thoussnd Rnd I~iO/100t1ts Dallars
($700,000.00), which said mortgage was on tr~ 9th day of 3cne, A. D., 1972,
duly recurded in the Clerk of Circuit Court, in ann for St. Y~ucie Co•snty,
in the State of Flo:ic~~, in~0. R. Book 203 P~ges F16-524 in~?~isivP, as
Document No. 23I187, and which said mortgage covered, with other property,
the premises hereinafter descri~ed; and wh~rcas First Wi~consin Natior~2
Bank of Milwaukee th~ present ocaner a:~d holder of said mortgage has been
requested to release fran the ~li~n of said ~ortgage, L-he property herein-
after described;
Now, therefore, in coasideration of the sum of One Dollar and ~10/100ths
Dollars ($1.00), to it paid by Fort Pierce Construction Gorporat;on tne i
sa~d First Wisconsin ~fational Bank or ?~iilwaukee hereby releases from ~he
lien and the oreration ~f mortgage the follo~?ing ~ortion of ssid :nortgaged
premises, tc-wit: that parcel of land lying and being ir~ the County of
St. Lucie, and State of Florida, known and described as follows, viz:
Ful.ly set out on Exhibit A attached hereto, which is specifically
incorporated herein by reference.
