NOW, TI~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis- sioners of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 3rd day~ of April, 1973, as follows: That the zoning of the following described property in St. ' Lucie County, to-wit: ~ Lot 10 Kellems Subdivision as recorded in Plat ~ , • ~ Book 3, page 85, public records of St. Lucie ~ County, Florida, less right-of-way for U.
