three (3) copies of the recorded plat, has been delivered to Service ~
Companyr and,, ~

, (b) Developer shall provide, execute and deliver to
Service Oompany conveyances of all of the necessary public easements
or private property easements required for the installation of ~
servfce and facilities within the property. ~
7. Developer will at its own cost and expense, enqineer,
construct and install all of the on-site and off-site ~vater dis- '
tribution lines includinq any and all equipment or facilities '
incident thereto (except water meters, which will be supplied and
installed by Service Company) which shall be required to extend -
the Service Company's Water System into the property and the
occupants thereof. The followi.ng requirements shall be met by~
Developer: " ,
(a) Prior to any installation aE said water supply
facilities, Developer shall submit all plans and specifications
for the construction of any on-site or off-site water facilities for
the review and approval by the engineer for Service Company.
' (b) At least three weeks prior tp the commencement
of construction of said facilities, Developer shall notify Service
Company so that the construction work may be inspected•by Service
Company. Such inspections shall be made to ascertain that the
facilities have been installed as describec~ in the plans and speci-
fications as previously approved by Service Company, or in the
alternative, the Developer will provide to the Service Company a
certification from an independent Registered Professional Engineer.
(c) All water distribution facilities eonstructed
to service the property as provided hereunder, shall be subject
to the final approval of the engineer of Service Company.prior
to said facilities being placed into service. -
8. Service Company will install the water meters when all of
the•following conditions have been performed:

~ (a) Developer has performed all requirements to be
performed by Developer under Paragraph 6 hereinabove. ~ _

(b) Developer has furnished to Service Company for
each area where wa~er service is requested, _
(i) "As built"-drawings together with a cer-
tificate from the registered professional engineer certifying that
installec3 facilities have been constructed in compliance with the
plans and specifications as approved by the engineer for Service ~
Company, and; ~ ~
(ii) the results of bacteriological tests of
the installed water lines showing that the County Health Department =
has approved the lines for service.
