RABELI~A, INC. as Developer and ECOLOGICAL UTILITIES, INC. ,

CUNTRIBUTIONS IN AID OF CONSTRUCTION
The. Developer and Service Company hereby mutually agree
that the property to be donated hereunder free and clear of
all claims, Ziens and encumbrances together with the cash
payments set forth below constitute the contributions required
to be delivered by Developer to Service Company and their value
will be treated by Service Company as-a coatribution in aid of
construction. ~
In addition, the Developer hereby agrees to pay t,he sum of
$145.00 for each 5/8" meter set as an additional contribution in
aid of construction. . • .
Z'he parties hereto agree that the contribution in aid of
construction of $145.00 per unit is finn for a period of twelve
(12 ) months from . the date of this Agreement: Z'hereafter, this ~
charge will be subject to escalation in the event there are in-
creased costs for these services as measured by the-Quarterly
Construction Index published in En~neering News Record Magazine
entitled "20 Cities Construction Cost Index", using as a base the
published index for the quarter ended 12/31/72.
In addition, the Developer aqrees to post the sum of $15.00
for each 5/8" meter set as a refundable security deposit,
No water service will be rendered until all of the abave
described contributions have been paid or delivered free and
clear of all cZaims, liens and encwabrances, the connection
fees have been paid and proper application has been made, approved,.
accepted and the required security d eposit paid to the Service
Company. ~
