The City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce~ Florida under the
authority of Article II~ Section 14~ Sub-Section 17 of the City Charter
adopted Resolution Number 72-107~ October 9~ 1972~ approving and authorizing
the clearing of property described herein~ and did authorize the amount of
the bill for the clearing of said property to be placed as a lien on said
property.
