QUIT-CLAIM DEED ~
THIS QOIT-CI~AIM DEED, executed this 2_ ay of March,
A.D., 1973, by F'ORT PIERCE PORT AND AIRPORT AUTHORiTY, a speeial
taxinq district, first party, to MICO ENGINEERING CORPORATION,
a Florida corporation. whose postofffce addresa fa Post Office
Box 1167, Fort Pierce, Florida, se c ond party:
WITNESSETH, T'hat the said first party, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of $10.00, in hand pafd by the said second party,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby-remise,
release and quit-claim unto the safd second party forever, all
the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said first
party has in and to the follawing deacribed lot, piece or parcel
of land, situate, lyinq and beinq in the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, to-wit:
Lots 9 and 10, of Block 3, of the AIRPORT
iNDUSTRIAL PARR, UNIT 1, ae recorded in
Plat Book 12, at page 40 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
as a reeult of the follawinq described clause which was contained
in the original Deed of conveyance of August 18, 1967 and recorded
in O. R. Book 167, page 2497, said clause being; " Provided, however,
that if a Butler-type buildinq approximately 32• x 86', to be
approved by the Grantor, is not constructed by the Grantee within -
six (6) months from this date and a tool and die manufacturinq ~
business is not started by the Grantee within said period, title
to said lands shall revert to the Grantor, its^successors and assigne."
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the saiae together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaininq,
and all the estate, riqht, title, interest, lien, equity and clafm
whatsoever of the said first party, either in 2aw or equity, to ;
the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said second party
forever. Subject, however, to the protective covenants as record- ~
