public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said land lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida.
This is a purchase money second mortgage subject only to a first
mortgage to Roy L. Aldrich, Jr. and Patricia L. Aldrich, his wife,
dated September 11, 1971 and recorded in Official Record Book 195,
page 2268, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Any default
in the said first mortgage or the promissory note which the same
secures shall also be a default in this mortgage.
It is agreed by and between the mortgagors and mortgagee that the
mortgagors shall be entitled to receive partial releases from this -
mortgage upon the payment to mortgagor of $3,200.00 for each lot
released which payments shall apply solely against principal;
provided, however, that no partial releases shall be granted if any
i sum or sums of principal and interest due hereunder shall be in
