Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee, acknowledges receipt of copies o! the
Caclaration of Condomir?ium described above, including the provisions of all o~ ite
exhibits, and that oonveyance by such deed is aubject thereta. The Grantee does
further hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said provisiona (includinq the.
WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA RECREATION C,ENTER LEASE as ffled for record in Official
Records Book 289 on paqes 1829 throuqh 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucis County,
Florida, and the acts of the Officers and Directors of WINDMILL VILLAG~ BY THS SEA
CONDOMiNi[JM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., n Florida corporation not far profit, in makinq
-and entering into said Lease). The Grantee aqrees to be boui?d by all of said pro-
visions; the Grantee acknawledqes and aqrees that all of said provfsions are reasonable,
fair and equitablej the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land e~nd real property
described above, as security for his obligations, as described in said Deelaratio~ of
Condominium and its exhibitst and the Grantee acknoMrledqes and agrees that said
Declaration of Condo~ninium, its exhibits and the Sales Gontract executed by the Grantor
and the Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations auid inducements
concerniag the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property deseribed above.
