KNOW ALL MEN BY THESB PRESENTS, that.the undersigned Mortgagors hereby
correct that certain Mortqaye, recorded in O. R. Book 212, at Page 1023, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, said Mortgage being dated March 27,
1973, and Filed March 27, 19~3, in the original amount of $18,500.00, and
being L.oan No. 2869, which Mortgage description is corrected to read as
follows:
Lot 6 and South of 7, Block 12 of FLARIANA PARK, a
subdivision of the West half of-Southwest Quarter of
Northeast Quarter, and the East half of East half of
South west Quarter of Northeast Quarter of ~ection Nine,
Township Thirty-five, South; Range Forty East, according
to plat recorded on Page 7 of Plat Book 2, St. Lucie County,
Florida, also, 10 feet vacated alley adjacent on West of the.
above described property. - ~
This is a corrective mortgage to include the~vacated
alley in the legal description. -
AND the above described Irbrtgage with Citizens Federal Savings and Loan ~
Association of St. Lucie County is hereby corrected as set out herein above.
