Before me, the undersigned suthority, personally appeared
CAD BROWN, who, being duly sworn, says:
That he is the lienor herein, whose address is 2110 Avenue
G, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and that in pursuance of a verbal
also lanown as Florene Causley
contract with Florene Robinson,~lienor furnished labor, services
and materials consisting of carpentry for
garage area constructed on the follawing
described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
1405 Avenue F, Fort Pierce, Florida, more particularly described
as;
Lots 8 and 9, Block 1, LINCOIN HEIGHTS
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 4, page 73, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida,
also known as Florene Gausley
owned by Florene Robinso~/of a total value of Nine Hundred Thirty-
four pollars and eighty-one cents ($934.81) which remains unpaid,
and furnished the first of same on November 24, 1972 and the last
