Personally appeared before me, a notary public in and~for said
county and state authorized to take acknowledgments, KATHLEEN C:-
MORSE, and she being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. Tha~ this affiant is one and the same person as the person
named as Kathleen C. Morse, one of the mortgagees in that certain
Mortgage Deed made by Milford~W. Harbison and Helen Hawk Harbison,
in favor of William H. Morse and Kathleen C. Morse, dated January 9,
1961, and recorded in Official Record Book 2, Page 29, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing an original indebtedness of
~9,500.00. -
2. That said Mortgage has been paid in full and satisfaction of
same bearing date June 8, 1961 has been recorded in Official Record
Book 212, Page 90, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That said Satisfaction of Mortgage incorrectly states that
said mortgage was recorded in Mortgage Book 2, Page 29; that said
reference should have been to the mortgage recorded in Official Record
I', Book 2, Page 29; and that said Satisfaction of Mortgage in fact relates
to the mortgage recorded in Official Record Book 2, Page 29, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said mortgage having been paid
in full and satisfied. ~ ~ `
