THIS INDENTURE, made the Sth day of August , A.D., 1971,
between GENERAL DEVELOPMENT OORPORATION, a Delaware corporation
authorized to transact business in the State of Florida, party of
the first part, and CULTURAL, EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL ASSOCIATION
OF PORT ST. LUCIE, INC., a non-profit Florida corporation, party
of the second part, 178 SW Prima Vista Blvd. Port St. Lucie, Florida.
WITNESSETH:
That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of ~
the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS lawful money of the United States
of America, and other good and valuable considerations to it in
