(a) Use and Name Desiqnation of Premises: The
premises herein conveyed, together with improvements
and facilities hereafter constructed.thereon, shall
be used only for civic purposes such as school, li-
brary, religious activities and functions, public.
meetings, forums, educational programs, social and
recreational activities and other similar purposes
of a non-comanercial nature. The w~ords "Port St._Lucie°
; shall at all times constitute a portion of the named
~ designation for the facilities and i.mprovements situ-
~ated on the premises; and all signs, literature, bro-
chures, etc., employed in connection with the use of .
said premises shall likewise_contain the words "Port
St. Lucie" when the premises are referred to and
designated.
(b) Aaaroval of Plans and Specifications: Prior to
start of construction of any kind,.including but not _
limited to original construction, alterations or mod-
ifications, all plans and specifications shall be
submitted for approval to General Development Corpo-
ration. General Development Corporation shall review
the data submitted as to aesthetical, functional and
economical conformance with the area and its proposed
development.
(c) Parkinq Facilities: Off-street parking facilities
- shall be provided on the property of the purchaser.

(d) Garbaqe and Trash Disposal: The purchaser shall
be responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions.
