Road (being the new Sast right of way line after that certain deed
by 8verett Green, et al~ to St. Lucie County, as recorded in Deed ok
150, Paqe 403, St. Lucie County Records, grantinq a 3 foot strip of
land to the County for road purpoaea) and the West line of the righ
of way of Drainage Canal No. 3; thence 205.79 feet along the Sast
' riqht of way line in a Northwesterly direction to a point of
beginning; thet~ce at right angles to said road 192.35 feet, more or
less, to the West right of way of said Canal No. 3; thence South
along said Canal Riqht of way line 93.17 feet; thence run
Southwesterly 128.79 feet to the Sast right of way line for Anqle
Road;thence run Northwesterly 68 feet to the point of beginning.
It is further a part of this deed that the flowing well located on
the property sold to the purchaser may be used by the aellers so
! lonq as said flowing well is in existence or it is necessary for
