by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 19th day of MaY A.D. 19 72 , and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lac ie
State of Florida, in OR 8ook 202 Page 1965 , granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
to secure the payment of the sum of ?en Thousand Five Hundred and Ao/100

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVItJGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum of one dollar and other good and valuable con-
sideration dollars, to it in hand paid by the said

at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, relase, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said

thei~ heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said
mortgage, to-wit:

thereof; Provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing therein contained shal) in anywise impair, alter or
diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the ~emaining part of said mortgaged
