FOR VALU~ RECEIVED, the undersigned (jointly and severally, if more than one), promise to pay to the order of
CAMERON-BROWN CONSUMER FINANCE, INC., a North CaroGna corporation, at 4300 Six lrosk~ Rd.. Raleigh,

This indebtedness may be prepaid at any time upon payment of a penalty equal to of the
indebtedness; provided, however, that such penalty shall not exceed the total amount of the interest
remaining unpaid at the time of prepayment.
This note is to be consirued and enforcM aocording to the laws of the State of Florida, and is secured by mortgage on real estate of tven date
herewith.
If default be made in the payment of any sums or interest or in the performance of any agreements contained herein, then, at the option of the
hoider of the same, the principal wm then nmaining unpaid with acerned interest shall immediately become due and rnUectible without notice, time
being of the essence of this contnct, and the principal sum and accrued interest shall both bear interest at the rate ot ten per cent per annum, from wch
