. NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
NOTICE is.hereby given to all to whom it may concern
that s~iit was this day instituted by JAMES H. MESIEMORE
against DOROTHY L. FOSTER, in the 19TH Judicial Circuit Court
of Florida, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, involving
t~e following described real property, to-wit:
Beginning at the NW corner of the NE~ of
Section 17, Township 34 South, Range 40 East
run South along the quarter section line, 13~i5.60
feet to a point; thence Easterly 41.6$ feet to
the East right of way line of U.S. Highway ho. 1
and the point of beginning; thence continue Easterly ~
794.30 feet to a point on the West right of way line
of Old Dixie Highway (State Road 605), thence
~ Northwesterly along the west right of way line of
' Old Dixie Highway, 200 feet; thence Westerly to
~ Old Diaie Highway, 200 feet; thence Westerly to
the East right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 1;
thence Southeasterly along said Easterly right
of way 200 feet to the point of beginning.
and by such suit seeks.~to foreclose that mechanics lien
recorded in O.R. Book 208 at page 1006 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering said premises, for
principal, interest, attorney's fees and court costs.
