AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESSES

NARL R. AVERY and IRENE M. SZUMSKI, being first duly sworn depose
and say that on the 31st day of March, Z973, appeared before them
JONN IVORY, being the husband of MIRREOLA IV~RY, and that in the
presence of the Affiants that certain Mortgage Deed and Note to
which this Affidavit is attached was read over to the sai.d John
IVORY, and fully explained to him; that he stated he understood
the nature of the said Mortgage Deed and Note and the terms there-
of, and that he desired to execute same, but was unable to read,
and the.said JOHN IVORY was unable to write his name thereupon,
and the said JOHN IVORY made his "X" on-said Mortgage Deed and
Note for the purposes of executing e Mortgage Deed and Note.
Further Affiants sayeth not.
