NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
~ NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL PARTIES CONCERNED that a suit
for specific performance, recission, and declaration of rights,.together
with damages, compensatory and punitive, has been instituted in the
Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for
St. LUcie County, in Civil Action No. 7~-~ 8 ~ on the following des-
cribed property, situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast
Quarter (NE 1/4) of the NOrtheast Quarter (NE 1/4)
of Section 17, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida, LESS the East 25 feet
for road right-of--way, and LESS a parcel of land
' located ancY described: Commencing at the Southeast
E corner of above=described land, run North along
~ the West right-of-way line of South )7th Street a 1
~ distance of 150 feet to a point, thence run West
a distance of 180 feet to a point; thence run
~ South a distance of 150 feet to a point; thence
~ run East to the point and place of beginning,
SUBJECT to zoning and regulatory ordinances.
Said suit was instituted in said Court on the day of
April, 1973, and the relief sought therein is specific performance, recis-. i
sion, and declaration of rights, together with damages, compensatory and
punitive, together with costs, expenses and attorney's fees, and such
other and further relief as the Court shall deem proper.
