Inc., dated Nov. 30 9 72 , and f led for record in th Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, lor a, in ~R Book d? , page ~ 63~, which mortgage encumbers
the following described real estate in said county to wit:
Lot No.1021 , Section II , in that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR
RESORTS 0 AMERICA AT•NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 16,
page 1:1A through 1J.
together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note.
Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder Fiereby does
subordinate the reserved right of the d~veloper under Article XI of the Declaration
of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Flor~ida,
in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned.
