the following described real estate in said county to wit: ~

RESORTS 0 AMERICA AT•NETTLES I~LAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 16,
page 1:1A through 1J.
together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note.
Outdoor R~sorts of.America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder Nereby does
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the Oeclaration
of Condominium, as amended, filed~in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned.
