the following described real estate in said county to wit:
Lot No. 169 , Section I, in that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR
RESORTS 0 AMERICA AT•NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. L-ucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 16,

together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note.

subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the Declaration
