1. To pay all and singuiar the principal and interest and other sums of money payable by virtue of said pmmissory note

2. To pay all and singular the taues, assessments, le.wies, liabilities, obligations and incumbrances of every nat~u~e and kind
now on said described ~+operty, or that hereafter may be imp~ , sufEered~ plaoed, levied, or asse~ed thereon, or that her~after
may be levied or asse~ed upon this Mortgage, or the indebtedness securecl hereby, each and every, when due and payable,
according to law, before they bec.~ome delu?quent, and before any interest attaches or anype
nalty is incurred; and insofar as
any thereof is of record the same shall be promptly ratisfied and discharged of reoord and the orig~nal official document (such

I; To permit, commit, ar suffer no waste, impairment or deterioration of said property, or any part thereof, and upon
the failuro of ihe mortgagors to keep the buildings on said pmperty in good condition of repair, the Association may demand the
