County for road purposes) and the We$t line of the right of way of Drainage
Canal No. 3; thence 205.79 feet along the $ast right of way line in a
Northwesterly direction to a point of beginninq; thence at right angles to
said road 192.35 feet, more or les~, to the West right of way of said Canal
No. 3; thence Souther along said Canal Right of way line 93.17 feet; thence
run Southwesterly 126.79 feet to the $ast right of way line for Angle Road;
thence run~Northwesterly 68 feet to the point of beginning. -
It is further a part of this deed that the flowing well located on the
property sold to the purchaser may be used by the sellers so long as said
flowing well is in existence or it is necessary for the aeller to use same.
