NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a suit has been instituted in
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, on the l~~ day of
April , 1973, by the Plaintiffs, FRED F. ADAMS and DORRIS
D. ADAMS, his wife, against the Defendants, REGINALD A. M. BLACK; BUDDY
MONKS and BURNIE MONKS, his wife; HENRY DEAN and MARY DEAN, his wife;
JIMMY DEAN and ADREANENA DEAN,his wife; and C. 8. ROGERS and GLORIA JEAN
ROGERS, his wife.- The property involved in the_ certain parcels of -
land, situate and lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, as fol-
lows, to-wit:
Lot 16, Block C, ALAMANDA \IISTA REVISED, as per plat ~
thereof on file in Plat Book 7, at page 40, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
AND
Lot 17, Block c, ALAMANDA VISTA REVISED, as per plat ,
thereof on file in Plat Book 7, at page 40, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The relief sou9ht in and by this suit is the foreclosure of
a certain mortgage covering the above-described property and the decree-

ing of the sale of said property under the direction of the Clerk in de- ~
fault of the payment of the amounts found to be due the Plaintiffs under ~
the mortgaqe and for such other and further general relief as set forth ;
