GUARDIAN'S DEED
This Inclenture, Bxecuted this 12th day of April
1973, betwe€n ERROL S. WILLES, as Guardian of the person
and property of FLORA McGREGOR REDOUTEY, Incompetent, Party_
of the First Part, and THURMAN E. WATERS, whose address is
a
2701 North Federal Highway, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450,
~ Party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH: That Whereas, the Judge of the Circuit
Cour't for St. Lucie County, Florida, Probate Division, on
_ the 2nd day of April 1973 among other things, ordered that
the Party of the First Part execute and deliver a Deed to
the Party of the Second Part,
Ndf~ T~REFORE, THIS II~IDENTURE WITNESSETH: Z'hat the
said ERROL S. WILLES, as Guardian of the person and property
of FLORA McGREGOR REDOUTEY, Incompetent, in order to carry
into effect the said sale so made a"s aforesaid, and in pur-
suance of the Order of the said Court, in consideration of
the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND FIFTEEN DOLLARS ($15,015.00)
paid by the Party of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, the Party of the First Part has granted,
bargained, sold, and by these presents does grant, bargain, ~
sell, alien, release, convey and confirm unto the Party of
the Second Part, and to his heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns forever, that certain parcel of land in St. Lucie
County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
