WHSR6AS, the 8oard of County Com~nissionars of St. Luci•
County by Resolution No. 7Z-97 adoptad an Auqust 15, 197~,
after a public hea?ring, ordered the demolitio~cs of c~rtain
buildings on the hereinafter describad lands before Octobar 1.
1972, and provided that if said buildings w~r~ not d~molish~d
by the owners within aaid period, the County would demolish
same with County forces or by independant contractor aubn?it~ing
the lowest bid for such demolition.
WHTRTsAS, said buildings wera not demolished by th~ o~ars
thereof within said period and pursuant to said R~solution *73-97,
the BQard of County Commiasionars callad for bids au~d avrarded
a contract to the lowest biddar in the a?rnount of $1.800.00 v~hich
contract has been performed aRd the demolition of said buildings
completed, ~
NOW, THEREFORT, 8$ IT R$SQLV'~D by th~ 8oa?rd of County Com-
missioners of St. Lucie County in meetinq aas~mbl~d thia ~Oth
day of April, 1973, as follows:
