1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notity
ihe undersigned in writing at the address indicated beiow (or at such other address as mayr be desig-
nated by the undersigned from time to time) that the said premises cae npt in a reasonable state of
appearcmc~e ~d repair consistent with the general appecaance cmd state ot repau ol olher properties
within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned_aqrees !o accomplish the required repairs, maintenance,
etc., set torih in said notice within 15 days atter rece~pt oi same.
2. II the undersigned shall fml or refuse to accomplish the required reparits or maintenance, ~
~°r~ etc., within the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its successors or assigns, ~
