The released parcels must be taken either from the North end or the
South end of mortgaged premises t o preserve the contiguity 5f the
mortgage security. The side line of any parcel released shall extend
~ at right angle with Angle Road for the full depth of the mortgaged ~

premises. No parcel shall be released having a frontage on Angle Road of less
than 100 feet. The instruments of release shall be furnished at the expense
