recognizing the value ot my (our) property c~d those neighboring properties is dependent upon proper
maintenance cand upkeep hereby authorize ~?d give my (our) conseni to the tollowing:
l. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CJRPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notity
the undersigned in wtiting at the address indicated betow (or ut such other address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned from time to time) that the said premises cae not in a reasonable state o1
appea.rcmoe ~d repcur ~onsistent with the general ctppearan4+e ~d state of repair o! other properties ~
within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance,
etc., set forth in scrid notice within 15 days after receipt oi same_
2. It ihe undersigned shall fcdl or reluse to accomplish the required repairs or ma"sntenance,
etc., within the prescribed time, GEN~RAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORA'f10N, its successors or assigz,s,
acting by cmd ihrough its duly authorized agents may cor*me upon the premises tor the purpose oI doing ~
the necessary work. Provided, however, thcrt such work shall be limited to lawn amd yard maintenance
to prevent cm overgrown or unkempt uppeca~ce, and to painting and minor repairs io the exterior ot ~
ihe building or buildings, situated on the premises in order to Rrevent cm unsightly or unsafe condition. z
3. As to cmy costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, ~ its suc-
cessers or c~ssigns, in bringing about cmd accompiishing the work referred to in the notice, ihe under-
siyned agrees to ma1~e pa~ ment thereoi vrithin 10 days aiter demand. Provided, however, that demand
for payment shall not exceed actual costs or expenses incuned.
4. In ihe eveni thai ihe undersigned shaill lail or refuse to make payment o[ ihe actual oosts or
"y expenses incurred, ihen, and in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc- ~
cessors or assigns, may undertake eollection of the sum which the undersigned is obligaied to pay
hereunder, together with all costs of eollection including a reasonable attomey's iee. GENERAL ~
