equipment and inventory, as set out in the Installment
Purchase Trust Agreements (hereinafter called the "Mortgaged
Property") and with the operation of the land, buildings, -
structures or other improvements, including all extensions,
additions,.improvements, betterments, renewals and replacements
to any of the foregoing which are made part of the Mortgaged
Property and the Project, comprising the Mortgaged Property ~
and the Project as set out in the Installment Purchase ;
Trust Agreements, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) paid by BARNETT BANK OF JACKSONVILLE, NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and other good and valuable considerations, the said ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, as Assignor, hereby assigns and transfers to BARNETT
BANK OF JACKSONVILLE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Assignee, ;
the above described Mortgage, together with the sums of money k
secured by said Mortgage and the money:due and to become due j
thereon as provided in the Installment Purchase mrust Agreements; ~

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto BARNETT BANK OF ~
JACKSONVILLE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, and its successors and ~
assigns forever.
IN h'ITNESS.WHEREOF, The Board of County Commissioners of
ST. LUCIE COUNTY has caused this Assignment of Mortgage to be
signed in the name of the County by i~s Chairman, attested
by its Clerk, and its corporate seal to be affixed all as of
the lst day of December, 1972, but actually executed and
delivered by the Assignor this day of ,

they as such Chairman and Deputy Clerk being authorized so to do,
executed the foreoing instrument for the purpose therein contained
by signing the name of the County; that they know the seal of
said County, that the seal affixed to said instrument is~such
seal, that it was so affixed to said instrument by order of
the Board of County Commissioners of said County, and that each
of them signed his name thereto by like order.
