KNOW AI~L MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that ST. LUCIE COUNTY, ~
FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida,
the Owner and Holder of a certain Mortgage, executed by TREESWEET
PRODUCTS CO. to ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, dated , ~
197 , and recorded in Official Records Book , at Page
`_T, of the public-records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
securing the performance of the obligations of the mortgagors
and the payment of the sums of money mentioned in the Installment
Purchase Trust Agreements by reference incorporated in and
made a part of the Mortgage, encumbering real property situated
in the State and County aforesaid described as:

together with all buildings, structures and improvements
of every nature whatsoever now or hereafter situated on the
above-described property and made part thereof and all fixtures,
machinery, equipment, and other personal property of every ~
nature whatsoever now or hereafter owned by the Company and
made part of the above-described Property or the Project
and located in, on or used or intended to be used in connection
with the above-described Property and the Project except
furniture, office equipment, automotive equipment.and inventory,
as set out in_ the.Installment Pu"rchase Trust Agreements (hereinafter
called the "Mortgaged Property") and with the operation of
the land, buildings, structures or other improvements, including
all extensions, additions, improvements, betterments, renewals
' and replacements to any of the foregoing which are made part
of the Mortgaged Property and the Project, comprising the
; Mortgaged Property and the Project as set out in the Installment
Purchase Trust Agreements, in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($1Q.OQ) paid by BA.T2NETT BANK OF JACKSOA]VILLE,
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
~ and other good and valuable considerations, the said ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, as Assignor, hereby assigns and transfers to
' BARNETT BANK OF JACRSONVILLE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Assignee,
i the above described Mortgage, together with the sums of money
secured by said Mortgage and the money due and to become
due thereon as provided in the Installment Purchase Trust
Agreements;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto BARNETT BANK OF
JACKSONVII,LE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, and its successors and
assigns forever.
