Pro~ect) Series 1972 and, if issued, the $1,000,000 St. Lucie County Pollu- tion Control Revenue Bonds (TreeSweet Products Co. Pro3ect) Series 1972 revenue bond issues (which Agreements are by reference incorpo- rated herein and made a part hereof), the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the t4or~gagor does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Mortgagee, its successors and assigns, all the certain piece, parcel or tract of land of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situate in the Coun~y of St. Lucie and State of Florida, described as follows: That part of the West 1!2 of the East 1/2 of Section 28, Townsh~p 35 South, Range 40 East, lying South of the Florida t East Coast Railroad, Lake Harbor Branch, less that part of the easterly 40 feet lying South of CanaZ ~0 for drainage ditch and less tract conveyed to Fort Pierce Growers Association as described in Warranty Deed dated January 24, 1972, and recorded in O.R. Book 199 page 1420, public records of St. Lucie County, ~lorida, and less the South 33 feet sub~ect to easement for Be11 Avenue. TOGETHER with ali of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to that certain easement conveyed by Indenture dated May 3, 1965 and recorded in O.R.
