ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PR~SENTS that ST. I,UCIE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, the
Owner and Holder of a certain Mortgage, executed by TREESW•ET
PRODUCTS CO. to ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, dated 'Q,~i ,
197 and recorded in Official Records Book ~/3 , at Page
~/9 T, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
securing the performance of the obligations of the mortgagors
and the payment of the sums of money mentioned in the Installment
Purchase Trust Agreements by reference incorporated in and made
a part of the-Mortgage, encum}~ering real~property situated in
the State and County aforesaid described as:
That part of the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of
Section 28, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
lying South of the Florida East Coast Railroad,
~ Lake Harbor Branch, less that part of the ' ~
easterly 40 feet lying South of Canal 10 for
drainage ditch and less tract conveyed to Fort
Pierce Growers Association as described in
~ Warranty Deed dated January 24, 1972, and
recorded in O. R. Book 199 page 1420, public
S records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
less the South 33 feet subject to easement
~ S for Bell Avenue.

~ TOGETHER with all of Grantors right, title -
and interest in and to that certain easement
~ conveyed by Indenture dated May 3, 1965 and
recorded in O. R. Book 122, page 22, public
~~~,l records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

together with all buildings, structures and improvements

~ of every nature whatsoever now or hereafter situated on
f~'C'~'~~ the above-described property and made part thereof and all ~
~Z fixtures, machinery, equipment, and other personal property
of every nature whatsoever now or hereafter owned by the
~ Company and made part of the above-described Property or
the Project and located in, on or used or intended to be
a, used in connection with the above-described Property and
the Project except furniture, office equipment, av~tomotive
equipment and inventory, as set out in the Installment Purchase
Trust Agreements (hereinafter called the "rtortgaged Property")
f and with the operation of the Iand, buildings, structures
.~or other ir.?provements, including all extensions, additions,
~ ~ improvements, betterments, renewals and replacements to
_ J any of the foregoing which are made part of the Mortgaged
! ~ Property and the Project, comprising the Mortgaged Property

~ Agreements, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) ~
paid by BARNETT BANK OF JACKSONVILLE, NATIONAI. ASSOCIATION,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and other good
and valuable considerations, the said ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
as Assignor, hereby assigns and transfers to BARNETT BANK
OF JACKSONVILLE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Assignee, the
above_described Mortgage, together with the sums of money
secured by said Mortgage and the money due and to become
due thereon as provided in the Installment Purchase Trust
Agreements;
