WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the 26th day of March , 1973.~
by G. ALBERT BLOODWORTH and RUBY W. $LOODWORTH, is wi e; G. ERNEST
BLOODWORTH and ELAINE W. BLOODWORTH, his wife; and LILLIE O. BLOODWORTH,
a single adult, hereinafter called the Grantor, to
RICHARD L. PAGE
whose post office address is 201 Cheri Drive, Jensen Beach, Florida
hereinafter called the Grantee: `

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereaf ~
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re- ~
mises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, all that ~
certain land situate in St.~ucie County, Florida, viz:
All of Lot 16; that part of Lot 15 which lies W est of a line parallel
with and 24 ~f eet easterly of, as measured at right angles to, the
line dividing said Lots 15 and 16; also that part of Lot 17 lying East ~
of a line parallel with and_ 14 feet westerly of, as measured at right
angles to, the line dividing said Lots 16 and 17; TOP OF WALTON, '

a subdivision, according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book~ 7, ~
page 1 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances #
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.

AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that the
Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the ~
Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said
land; that the grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said land
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of a1Z persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except
taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1972.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantor has executed this Deed the
