NINTH: The Mortgago~ hereby waives oll rights of homestead and exemption gronted by the Constitution and lows of i
Florida. It is specificolly agreed thot time is of the esserxe in fhis controct and that no woiver by Me IVlortgogee of any obligation
hereunder or of the obligation setured hereby sholl at ony time thereoftcr be held to be a waiver of Me terms hereof or of the
obligotio~ secured hereby.
TENTH: Upon any sole, tronsfer or conveyance of the property herein deuribed ond covered by this mortgage to eny
person, firm o? co~porofion, ~ot previously approved in writing by fhe holder of fhis morfgoge, fhe Mortgagee or holde~ shall have i
the right to accele~ote the mafurity of fhis mortgage as though it were due and poyablc on the day of such trer?sfer and to demand
poyment in full of the soid mortgage amount or any unpaid balonce thereof, ond to exercise all the rights and remedies he?ein or
br law reserved to said Mortgagee the same as in any event of default hereunder, onything in the promissory note secured
herebr or herein to the contrary nothwithstanding.
REVENTH: If forecbsure proceedings of any second mortgage or second tnnt deed or any junior lien of any kind should
be instituted, the Mortgagee may, at its option immediately or thereafter declare this mortgage and the indebtedness secured
hereby due and poyable.
TWBFTH: That in the event the premises hereby mortgaged, or any part thereof, sholl be condemned and taken for public
use under the power of eminent domain, Me Mortgagee shall hove the right to demand that all damages owarded for the tcking
of or damages to said premises shall be paid to the Mortgagee, up to the amount then unpaid on this mortgage and the obligation
secured hereby ond moy be applied upon the poyments lost poyable under this mortgoge and the obligation secured hereby. -
THIRTEENTH: Thot installments, payable under the terms hereof and the note secured hereby, not paid when due, shall be •
subject, after fifteen (15) doys from the due date thereof, to, and it is agreed Mortgagee shall collect thereon and therewith, a
"late charge" in the amount of four per cent (4%) of the installment due upon ea~ such delinquent installment, and such "late
charges" are secured by the lien he~eof. ~

FOURTEENTH: Without impairing the obligotions of Mortgagor contained in parag~aphs SECOND, THIRD and FOURTH
hereof, a~d for application to the purposes fhereof insofar as Me same shall be sufFiacnt, Morigagor shall, in addition to the
monthly payments of principal and interest as steted in the original note (and in the note or notes secured hereby) provided to be
made, pay o monthly sum and aRwunt equol to one-twelfth (1/12) of the estimated anrwal taxcs, assessmenh and insura~ce ;
premiums upon the real estate security, as the amount thereof is determined from time to time by the Mortgagee.

~ FIFTEENTH: That the Mortgagor shall furnish annually, at the request of the Mortgagee, fino~r.ial statements in form and
~ certified in a monner satisfactory to the Morfgagee.
~ SIXTEENTH: This mortgage also secures any and all reoewals and extensions of the promissory note referred to he~ein ond
secured hereby, and all installmenis thereof, and also anr other notes which have been or may be given to the Mortgagee by the
Mortgagor, and any other indebtedness of fhe Mortgagor to the Mortgagee whid~, however, shall not exceed at any oee time ;
