THE GRANTORS further grant to the Grantee, her successors and assigns the right to the use
of the Artesian Flow Well should same not be located on the property sold herein. Both Parties
will share equally in replacement and maintenance costs and agree to install a T Valve Pipe
so that either party may use without interfering with the other with costs to be equally di-
vided. Both parties agree to consult each other in regard to repair and maintenance of the
pump & well. Should the Artesian Flow Well be located on the property conveyed herein then
Grantors will have the sarre priviliges as herein above stated and do retain the above right
to use the well and share the cost of replacement and maintenance. The Party not owning the
property on which the well is located shall have an easement for necessary pipes to transport
rhe water to that Parties' property.
