MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT v
WHEREAS, HENRY G. WHITE and JUNE E. WHITE, his wife, ~
did on March 20, 1973, make, execute and deliver a certain
mortgaqe deed to FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation organized and existing under the
laws of the United States of America, which mortqage was recorded
in O. R. Book 212 at page 967 of the public records of St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, and which mortgage deed encumbered certain real
property in St. Lucie County, Flbrida, described as follows: _
The North 25 feet of Lot 4 and all of Lot 5, Block 5,
ALAMANDA VISTA SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 5, page 49, of the public records ~

of St. Lucie County, Florida, ;
as security for an original principal debt of $10,400.00 evidenced
by a promissory note, which promissory note was set out in said
mortgage deed; and
WHEREAS, the description of the property set forth in said
mortgage is in error and the mortgagor and mortgagee-have mutually ~
agreed that said mortgage shall be modified and amended so as to
correct the error in description;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other ~
good and valuable considerations and the mutual covenants and ~
promises-herein made and the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) each to
the other paid, HENRY G. WHITE and JUNE E. WHITE, his wife, hereinafter
called the Mortgagor, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
OF FORT PIERCE, hereinafter called the Mortgagee, agree as follows: ~

1. That the mortgage deed dated March 20, 1973 and recorded ~
in O. R. Book 212 at page 967 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, shall be modified, amended and corrected so
that the description of the property encumbered by said mortgage
shall be as follows:
The North 12.5 feet of Lot 4 and all of Lo~ 5, Block 5,
ALAMANDA VISTA SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 5, page 49, of the public records of St. ~
Lucie County, Florida -

i 2. That the above description as set forth in Paragraph 1
{ above is hereb y and herewith made a part of said mortgage as though `
it had been originally described and incorporated therein. ;

3. That this agreement shall not be deemed to modify or ~
amend said mortgage except as specifically set forth herein, and ~
the mortgagor hereby ratifies and confirms the said mortgage as ;

modified and amended. ~
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the mortgagors have hereunto set their `
hands and seals and the mortgagee has caused these presents to ~
be executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto ;
