H. REESE, ~vho by me being first duly sworn, says:
1. That he is the President of M& W Distributing
Co. of Charlotte, Inc., a North Carolina corgoration
authorized to transact business within the State of
Florida.
~ 2. That on the 7th day of January, that corporation
purchased the following described property:
The North 1/2 of Lot 20 and the West 15
feet of the North 1/2 of Lot 18, all
being in Block 16 "K" of the Assessor's Map
of the North part of Fort Pierce, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 1, page 164,
~ Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3.That the deed misstated the name of the corporation
ancl instead of the correct name, stated "M & W Distributing
,
Co., Inc. , a Florida corporation." ;
4. That this was a misstatement of the correct name ,
of the Grantee, and that the Grantee's corporation should
; have been as set out herein.
