WE~REAS, the parties hereto under date of Mtty l, 1972 entered unto a
certain n:ortqage note and mortgage aqreement, which was recorded in Official

R~ecord Book 204 , Page 2642 of the Public 3ecords oE St. Lucie 4

County, Florida, beinq described as follows:
I,~t 40, Block 80. SOVPH PORT ST. LUCIE, UNIT FIVB, as per plat thereof
on file in P1at.Book 14, pages 12 and 12A thru 12G of the Public Reoords
of St. Lucie Oounty, Florida ~

WI~REAS, parties hereto desire to modify, amend and change sane of the
terms and provisions of said Mortgaqe in order that it may set forth the
true, complete and intended agreement between the parties:
NOW, T~REFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained
the parties do hereby agree as follows:
~ The first monthly payment is shown to be due on or before the first day ~
of Nov~ober, 1972 and the final monthly payment is shown to be due ~
on or before the first day of October, 1997 , Mortgaqors and Mortgagee ~
are desirous of amending the first payment due date to March l. 1973 ~
and amendinq the final payment due date to ~ruary 1, 1998 a~ ~
cvhich ti~e t~.e entire autstandinq remaining principal balance s;iall be paid

in full. '
Except as hereby expressly modified, all the terms, covenants, conditions ~
and provisions of the note and mortgage dated May l, 1972 ~ , shall ~
~ remain in full force and effect.
This agreement shall be binding upon and enure to the benef it of the

parties hereto, their respective successors, heirs and assigns.
