quietly to ente~ upon, hoW, occupy, anef enjoy said land: anJ every part thereof: that the land is and will remain free from all
encumbrances; that said mortgagor witt make such further assuranc:es to prove the fee simple title ta said laod in said mortgagee as may-be

the stipulations, agteements. conditions, and covenants of said promissory note and d this mortgage, then this mortgage and the estate
htreby creatal shall cease and be null and void.
And the mortgagor funher covenants as follows:
