It is distinctly understood and agreed by the Mortgagor and SMA that anq release
or releases may be made by ~SMA without the consent or appraval of any other
~ person or persons whomsoever.
28. In the event this Mortgage is a construction sortgage, each of the terme,
covenants and conditions of the constructioa loan agreeaent executed in connection
with the execution of this Mortgage are incorporated herein as if said construction
loan agreaaent were repeated herein in extenso.
29. Mortgagor covenants and agrees that he will deliver to the ?brtgagee every five ~
years hereafter an inapection certificate that the captioned premises is free !
from termites. .
30. In the event this is a mortgage on an apartaent in a condominium together witte ~
appurtenances thereto, the failure af the oortgagor to pay any assessments ~ ~
required to be paid pursuant to the Declaration of Condosinium or to otherwise
comply wfth any of the terms, covenants or conditions of said Declaration of
Condo~ninium shall constitute a default under this mortgage and the mortgagee may,
at its option, immediately or thereafter declare the indebtedness s~cured herebq
due and payable.
