6efore me, the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for the State and County
aforesaid, an officer duly authorized to take acknowiedgments of deeds a~d other
instruments, personally appeared J.H. 8rooks the President ~

af Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association , a co~poration, and also per- ~
sonally appeared before me Lee l. Smith the Sec~etary
of the said corporation; the said persons being severally well known to me and known
by me to be the same individuals described in aRd who as such President
and as such Secretai'y executed the above written instrument o~ behalf of said
corporation; a~d he, the said President, acknowledged that as such '-President he
subscribed the said corporate name to said instrument on behalf and by autho rity of said
corporation, and he, the said Secretary ackROwledged that he affix~d the seal of
said corporation to said instrument and attested the same by subscribing his name as
Secretary of said corporation, by authority and on behalf of said corporation,
and each of the two persons above named acknowledged that they, as such President a~d
Sec~etary, delivered said instrument by authority and on behalf of said cor-
poration and that all such acts were done freely and voluntarily and for the uses and
purposes in said instrument set forth and that such instrument is the free act and deed
of said corpo~ation; and each of said persons further acknowiedged and declared that he
knows the seal of said corporation, and that the seal affixed to said instrument is the
corporate seal of the corporation aforesaid.
