the Last Will and Testament of JoYu1 Donald Becker, deceased, late
of 9812 Brunett Avenue, Silver Spring, Montgomery County, Maryland, '
under a power in said Will contained, party of the first part, and
NATHALIE K. BECKER~, an unmarried widaw, of 9812 Brunett Avenue,
Silver Spring, Montgomery County, Maryland, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to her in hand paid
by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, has granted, bargained, and sold to the party of the second
part, her heirs and assigns forever, the following described land:
Lot numbered Nine (9), block numbered 139,
Unit numbered 11, Lakewood.Park, in the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, as per plat on
file in Plat Book 11, Page 32 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, being the
same land conveyed by deed dated April 6, 1959,
and recorded at Book 256, Page 151 among the
land records of St. Lucie County.
AND the party of the first part does hereby fully

warrant the title to the land conveyed and will defend-the same ~
