Acknowledq~aent and Ratification by Grentee, acknaaledqes receipt of copies of the
Declaratibn of Condaninfum described ebove, includinq the provisions of all of its
exhibits.~ and that conveyance by such d8ed is subject thereto. The Grantee does
=urther herpby ratify, confizai and approve all of said provisions (including the .
