'rhe Grantee by acceptance of the Eoreqoing Warranty Deed and execution of this
Ac:knowledgment and Ratification by Grantee, ncknowledqes receipt of copfes of the
Daclaration of Condominium described above, including the provisions og all of its
exizibi~s, and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does
F»rther hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said provisions (includinq the
