that certain Warraaty Deed dated August 11, 1972 from Florence~W.

Mustaine, the unremarried widow of C. D. Mustaine, deceased, to
Raymond T. Bishop and Connie E. Bishop, his wife, which deed is
recorded in O.R. Book 206 , page 1465 , public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, was continuously married to said Charles

Donald Mustaine, also known as C.D. Mustaine, from the time they ~

acquired title to the property conveyed in said Deed as an estate by
the entireties, to and including the date of death of said Charles
Donald Mustaine, also known as C.D. Mustaine, deceased, in June of !

in the aforementioned deed from Florence W. Mustaine, the unremarried
