a condaminium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, therof,
tecorde8 in Official Records Book 168 at page 1348 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. As provided for by the
Condominium act of the Statutes of the State of Florida (Chapter 711,
Et. Seq. 2965) said description in this conveyance includes, but is
not limited to, all apurtenances to the condominium parcel above
described, inc~uding the limited common elements assigned thereto,
and including the undivided interest in the common elements of
said Condominium.
This Conveyance is subject to the following:
1. Taxes and assessments for the year 1973 and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements of record.
