THIS DEED made the day of April , 197 3.
by G. ALBERT BLOODWORTH an G. ERNEST BLOOD RTH, as surv ving
Trustees under Agreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to ROBERT W. McBRATNEY
whose post office address is 2605 St. Lucie Blvd. , Apartment 8,
Fort Pierce, Florida - 33450
hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: ~
